From inside a business, it can be hard to determine the difference between ‘what is’ and ‘what could or should be’.

‘What is’ might be to their satisfaction, but without knowledge or thought towards ‘what could or should be’, the current state might become very unsatisfactorily very, very fast. Should the business leadership be unprepared or unequipped to make really big changes, fast and effectively, they might find themselves facing inevitable failure.
When reaching out for advice, help or turn around solutions, find the ones that are significantly different in their way of thinking.
For starters, forget about turning around. What is in the past? A world that no longer exists. You are not in need of a turn around; you need a new kind of business with a focus on growing forward – toward the new world.
Success in the new world demands an obsession for growth. An obsession for doing things fundamentally different and significantly better.
